The warranty will be void if:
- There are additions made or alterations to the product.
- Abuse of the product.
- Accidental damage or loss of the product. Misuse of the product.
- Commercial or rental use.
- Failed to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance: improper care.
What does our warranty cover?
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the product for the original owner. If the product ever fails usage during the warranty period due to a manufacturing or material related defect, Hikeen will repair or replace the item at our discretion, free of charge. In the event that the item/style returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be ordered.
